Responsibilities:
- Overall responsibility for the planning, execution and successful implementation of automation projects
- Close collaboration with clients to understand requirements and present solutions
- Monitoring budgets, resources and schedules
- Leading a multidisciplinary team of engineers and technicians
- Ensuring compliance with quality standards and safety regulations
- Preparing project reports and other relevant documents
- Identifying potential risks and implementing risk mitigation measures
Qualifications:
- Completed basic training in electrical engineering, building technology or automation - supplemented by further education HF/FH is an advantage
- Experience in managing automation projects, ideally with knowledge of SIA phases.
- Solid knowledge in programming and commissioning of automation systems.
- Strong skills in project management and team leadership.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style.
- Very good German and English skills.
