Clerk Sales Internal Service and Export 100% (m/f/d)
Our client is a Swiss company with high expertise in the development, production and marketing of specialised solutions for professional applications. Responsibilities:
You process customer orders from entry to invoicing.
You independently create and update quotations and price lists.
You respond to customer enquiries by phone and in writing.
You coordinate export processing with internal and external parties.
You prepare the necessary documents for international deliveries.
You coordinate further handling of complaints and returns.
You support the field service with administrative and organisational tasks.
You help organise events and other tasks in sales internal service.
Qualifications:
You have a commercial apprenticeship and practical professional experience.
Experience in order processing and export is desirable.
Knowledge of international shipping and customs processes is an advantage.
You work confidently with ERP systems and MS Office.
You work independently, in a structured and reliable manner.
You present yourself in a friendly and professional manner in customer contact.
Organisational skills and a high willingness to learn complete your profile.
You have very good German skills as well as good French skills.
