Laboratory Technician in Chemistry or Physics External Service 80 - 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

We offer you a varied position with a great deal of autonomy. You will manage a portfolio of existing clients in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, chemical, industrial, and food sectors. You will also develop new business relationships and, in close collaboration with your clients, devise tailor-made solutions in the field of process filtration.

From the initial contact to after-sales follow-up, including technical advice and project support, you are the key contact for your clients. You will continuously expand your network in French-speaking Switzerland. To help you succeed in this role, you will benefit from comprehensive induction training as well as product training provided by manufacturers, our partners, and experienced colleagues.

What do I need to succeed?

• Basic technical training (e.g. plant and equipment constructor, laboratory technician in chemistry or physics, food technologist, polymechanic, or equivalent training)

• Additional training as a technical sales representative or higher technical education is an advantage

• A liking for customer contact and selling technical solutions

• Independent, organised, and results-oriented working method

• Initiative and willingness to take on responsibility

• Excellent command of French as well as good knowledge of German and English

• Category B driving licence and willingness to travel, mainly in French-speaking Switzerland

• Ideally residing in French-speaking Switzerland
