Accounting Mandate Manager 80-100%
Our client is a recognised firm in the field of accounting, tax and administrative management, supporting a demanding Swiss and international clientele for many years.
As part of the development of its activities, we are looking for a Senior Accountant / Accounting Mandate Manager wishing to evolve in a stable, human-sized environment focused on quality of service.
Responsibilities
- Autonomous management of a portfolio of companies with varied activities
- Complete bookkeeping up to closing
- Preparation of financial statements according to the Code of Obligations
- Management of securities accounting
- Preparation and monitoring of VAT returns
- Preparation of corporate tax declarations
- Collaboration with specialists in taxation, legal matters, social insurance and human resources
- Participation in the monitoring and advising of a loyal and demanding clientele
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience in fiduciary, family office or multi-company environment
- Federal diploma in finance and accounting, fiduciary agent diploma or equivalent higher education
- Mastery of closings and current tax obligations
- Very good command of Excel and ease with IT tools
- Minimum B2 level in English
- Organisational skills, rigour and discretion
- Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service orientation
- Desire to invest in a long-term project
