Design Engineer (m/f/d)

With in-house manufacturing technologies such as precision blank pressing, optical coating, and state-of-the-art measurement technology, the company supports projects continuously - from the first concept to scalable production. - Responsible for the design of models and the creation of manufacturing drawings for optical and mechanical components
- Operating equipment for use in various processes
- Leading design skills through development and fundamental projects
- Creating solution approaches and concepts to overcome challenges
- Participation in change management to enable continuous improvements
Qualifications:
- Successfully completed basic training as a designer EFZ and further training to become a technician HF in mechanical engineering
- Several years of professional experience in an industrial environment
- Expertise in CAD, preferably in SolidWorks, and familiar with SolidWorks PDM
- Confident handling of ERP systems, ideally with SAP and MS Office
- Fluent German and English skills, both spoken and written
