Role:
The company is a leading retail and service company with strong regional roots and a broad range of offerings in trade, food, gastronomy, leisure, and education. With a strong customer focus, a diverse range of products, and a clear focus on quality, it creates added value daily for customers and the region.
Responsibilities:
You manage the financial accounting and ensure the correct processing of all booking transactions.
You prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements according to applicable accounting standards.
You analyse financial key figures and prepare relevant decision-making bases for management.
Additionally, you optimise and implement accounting processes and monitor their compliance.
You support budget planning, tax matters, and collaboration with authorities and auditors.
Qualifications:
You have training in finance and accounting or a comparable qualification.
You bring several years of professional experience in financial accounting as well as sound expertise.
You work confidently and proficiently with common accounting software and MS Office.
You convince with analytical thinking, affinity for numbers, and a good understanding of financial contexts.
An independent, committed, and team-oriented working style as well as very good German language skills complete your profile.
