Carpenter

We are continuously looking for our clients in the Côte area (Geneva - Lausanne axis) for temporary and permanent assignments for several: Carpenters

You possess the following qualities and skills:

-CFC Carpenter or equivalent qualification.
-You have a minimum of 3 years experience in the trade.
-In good physical condition
-Versatile and autonomous
-Comfortable working independently or in a team
-French spoken, read, written
-Driving licence and vehicle Your missions and tasks will include:

-Work on new build/renovation sites
-Marking out on wood and cutting various structures (framework, joisting, window frames, etc.)
-Shaping wood pieces: sawing, mortising, planing, notching, drilling, etc.
-Preparing pieces for assembly and numbering them to facilitate their assembly on site
-Treating, impregnating and varnishing wood to protect it against pests, moisture and weather
-Assembling, fitting and adjusting framework and building structure elements according to the established plan
-Installing wall and ceiling coverings, stairs, balconies, window connections, insulation panels, timber framing, etc.
-Applying protective layers, installing thermal and acoustic insulation
-Restoring and maintaining framework and wooden parts during renovation work
-Recycling or disposing of waste according to current environmental standards.
-Carrying out work to a high standard and within deadlines according to instructions from superiors
-Applying company safety rules and ensuring that all measures have been taken for everyone’s safety.
