What the professional everyday life looks like

• Caring for patients in the zone model on the ward with around 24 beds in a three-shift system
• Managing a zone with the assigned patient group
• Adequate delegation of nursing tasks to nursing staff
• Working according to the principles of Lean Hospital in a dynamic team

Skills and potential

• Basic: Diploma as a registered nurse (HF, FH or equivalent)
• Preferably: Experience in an acute care facility
• Highly preferred: strong patient orientation and pronounced organisational skills
• Also: great team player qualities, preference for the three-shift system including late and night shifts
• Absolutely: enjoyment of a varied and lively hospital routine
