Quality Technician (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
Participation in the maintenance and further development of the REFCO management system
Ensuring an effective and sustainable quality assurance
Coordination and handling of customer and supplier complaints in cooperation with the specialist departments
Support of product and process improvements (CIP)
Participation in quality-relevant projects
Conducting in-process and incoming goods inspections
Creating fault analyses and implementing and documenting inspections
Ensuring inspection equipment monitoring
Qualifications:
Completed training with further education in the field of quality assurance
Several years of professional experience in a similar role, ideally in a manufacturing environment
Experience in process optimisation and application of common QM tools (e.g. 4D/8D, 5Why, Ishikawa)
Analytical thinking, solution-oriented working style and hands-on mentality
Good IT skills, ERP Axapta advantageous
Very good German skills, English skills advantageous
Confident handling of MS Office
