Property Accountant (m/f/d)

Guests are treated daily to fresh dishes and professional service – whether during the busy lunch service or relaxed coffee breaks. The scope of activities includes the operational management of catering businesses, leading committed teams, and ensuring smooth processes. You take responsibility for inventory management, quality control, and the further development of the offerings. In doing so, you work closely with employees and ensure a motivating atmosphere. - Preparation of heating and operating cost statements.
- Management of the general ledger.
- Management of accounts payable and receivable.
- Responsible for monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Management of dunning and debt collection.
Qualifications:
- Completed training as a commercial clerk (EFZ).
- Several years of professional experience in property accounting.
- Very good IT skills.
- Fluent German language skills.
