Project Manager Network Planning / Energy Technology (m/f/d)

You combine technical understanding with customer orientation and want to actively drive the development of modern energy networks? In this versatile role, you accompany customer projects from the initial idea to realisation, assess investment opportunities, and develop future-proof network solutions together with internal and external experts.
Responsibilities:
Building new customer relationships and accompanying projects from acquisition to successful implementation
Technical advice and personal support of customers as well as confident negotiation leadership
Planning and management of projects in collaboration with internal teams, external partners, and other stakeholders
Initiation and technical leadership of studies for the further development and optimisation of distribution networks
Analysis and evaluation of investment projects within the framework of strategic network planning
Participation in network simulations, sensitivity analyses, and quality assurance measures
Coordination with specialist departments, authorities, and external project partners to ensure coordinated implementation
Qualifications:
Completed studies as a FH Electrical Engineer, ideally with a specialisation in energy technology
A business administration further education, for example an NDS in business administration, is an advantage
Experience in sales, energy technology, distribution networks, or network construction project planning – alternatively the motivation to quickly familiarise yourself with these fields
Confident German language skills in spoken and written form as well as strong communication skills
Confident handling of IT applications; knowledge of Neplan, Adaptricity or nisXplorer is a plus
Customer-oriented demeanour, negotiation skills, and enjoyment in combining technical solutions with economic benefits
Independent, analytical, and solution-oriented working style
