Microsoft 365 is more than just Office to you? Then develop modern cloud workplaces, automate collaboration, and take companies to the next level with Microsoft technologies. You can expect challenging cloud projects, technical responsibility, and plenty of creative freedom.
Responsibilities:
Planning and further development of modern Microsoft 365 architectures
Technical engineering and administration of cloud-based workplace platforms
Design and implementation of Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and Exchange Online solutions
Design of modern identity and access management concepts with Microsoft Entra ID
Development of hybrid cloud architectures and integration of existing on-premises systems
Planning and technical implementation of Microsoft 365 migrations
Support of rollouts and modern workplace transformations
Development of automations with PowerShell, Microsoft Graph, and Power Platform
Analysis and optimisation of existing Microsoft 365 environments
Support with complex technical issues and sustainable error analysis
Creation of technical architecture concepts, standards, and documentation
Support of change and adoption processes during the introduction of new Microsoft technologies
Assumption of technical project responsibility in demanding cloud transformations
Qualifications:
Education or degree in computer science, business informatics, or comparable technical qualification
Several years of experience with Microsoft 365 and cloud-based Microsoft technologies
Very good knowledge in several of the following areas:
Microsoft Entra ID
Microsoft Teams
SharePoint Online
Exchange Online
Microsoft 365 administration
Microsoft Graph
Microsoft Power Platform
Experience with hybrid Microsoft environments
Knowledge of cloud identity, conditional access, and modern security concepts
Experience with PowerShell and ideally API-based automations
Understanding of migrations, rollouts, and modern workplace projects
Analytical and structured working style
High personal responsibility and enthusiasm for technical challenges
Strong communication skills and customer-oriented manner
