Clerk Purchasing Internal Sales

For a dynamic industrial company in stainless steel processing in the Seeland region, we are looking for a flexible reinforcement in internal purchasing 60-100%.

• Procurement: Operational purchasing of raw materials, pipes, fittings and operating materials

• Offers: Obtaining and comparing supplier quotations

• System maintenance: Recording orders, posting goods receipts, maintaining article master data

• Logistics: Transport organisation for import/export including preparation of customs documents

• Deadline control: Active monitoring of delivery deadlines in exchange with suppliers

• Support: Regular deputising in internal sales (telephone, orders, delivery notes)

• Education: Commercial basic training (KV) or equivalent

• Experience: Several years of professional experience in internal sales (purchasing/logistics advantageous)

• Languages: German at native level, good spoken French skills

• IT: Proficient use of MS Office (focus: Excel)

• Working style: Structured, precise and independent way of working as well as pronounced team spirit
