Planning and operation of projects in the area of Microsoft communication and collaboration platforms
Organisation and management of migration and transition projects for cloud systems in Microsoft 365
Taking over the 3rd-level support for backend and cloud systems
Co-responsibility for operation, optimisation and further development of network, firewall, proxy and authentication systems as well as other backend services
Qualifications:
Completed IT apprenticeship or solid IT further education as well as about 3 years of experience or certifications in the field of Microsoft Cloud Services
Very good knowledge in engineering and administration of Microsoft Azure
1-2 years of experience in 2nd and 3rd-level support
Good knowledge and strong awareness of IT and information security
Very good German language skills in spoken and written form
