IT System Engineer (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF95,000 - 110,000Role:
You get IT systems and networks running – from planning through installation to ongoing maintenance. As a technical specialist, you manage Microsoft 365 environments, monitor the infrastructure, and ensure smooth operation through targeted updates, software distribution, and license management. When disruptions occur, you systematically investigate and find sustainable solutions. At the same time, you are the contact person for customers, advising them on technical matters as well as information security, and you document your work carefully and transparently.
Responsibilities:
You plan, install, and configure IT systems and networks and maintain Microsoft 365 environments
You monitor and maintain the IT infrastructure and perform system updates, upgrades, software distribution, and license management
You analyse disruptions in IT operations and resolve them reliably
You advise and support customers on technical questions as well as in the area of information security
Additionally, you document IT processes and systems in a structured manner
Qualifications:
You have completed training in computer science or a comparable qualification
You bring practical experience in the Windows client environment and a very good understanding of Microsoft technologies (Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune)
You possess sound knowledge in network and server administration as well as experience with virtualisation technologies
You work service-oriented, are a team player, and gladly take on responsibility
You deal with customers in a friendly and communicative manner and work in a structured, careful, independent, and solution-oriented way
You have very good German and English skills, an interest in new technologies, and a category B driving licence
