IT System Engineer (m/f/d)
The core competencies of our ROCKEN partner are development, manufacturing, and application know-how. Together with their dedicated, customer-oriented, and unique employees, they are world-class.
Responsibilities:
Operation and further development of the IT infrastructure and company network based on VMware and Hyper-V
Continuous monitoring and security management including identification of security vulnerabilities
Taking over 2nd and 3rd level support as well as resolving complex IT issues
Supporting change management, maintaining technical documentation, and participating in IT projects
Supporting internal customers as well as practical training of apprentices within the IT team
Qualifications:
Completed ICT training with a federal certificate (EFZ) with further ICT education and several years of experience in the ICT environment
Experience with Microsoft cloud technologies such as Azure and Microsoft 365, ideally with Microsoft certifications in the client/server environment
Knowledge of IT service management, especially ITIL, is an advantage
Strong quality and security awareness with a flair for IT security
Very good German and good English skills in spoken and written form
