Construction Manager - Civil Engineering and BIM (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
- Management and coordination of construction planning for demanding civil engineering projects using BIM methods.
- Responsibility for the creation of design and execution plans for civil engineering projects
- Control and monitoring of the use of BIM software to optimise planning and construction processes
- Close collaboration with clients, architects, engineers and specialist planners
- Ensuring the technical and economic implementation of projects while adhering to cost, schedule and quality requirements
- Training and professional guidance of the construction team as well as ensuring compliance with standards and regulations
- Participation in the continuous development and implementation of BIM processes within the company
- Regular coordination with project management and reporting on project progress
Qualifications:
- Completed training as a draughtsperson or constructor EFZ
- Several years of professional experience in construction planning in civil engineering and the use of 3D planning model-based project management
- Sound knowledge in the use of BIM software and CAD programmes
- Experience in implementing complex construction projects while adhering to technical, time and budgetary requirements
- Leadership skills, teamwork and the ability to coordinate construction processes efficiently
- Good understanding of building regulations and standards in civil engineering
- Strong communication skills as well as independent and structured working methods
