Responsibilities:
You process customer orders from entry to invoicing.
You continuously monitor delivery dates and open orders.
You coordinate transports with internal and external contacts.
You fully prepare export documents and customs procedures.
You support the Area Sales Managers in daily business.
You keep changes and information up to date in the ERP system.
If required, you participate in national and international trade fairs.
You coordinate order status and shipping dates with the responsible departments.
Qualifications:
You have a commercial apprenticeship or a comparable further education.
Experience in international export is required.
You are familiar with export processes and international delivery handling.
Knowledge of letters of credit and bank guarantees is an advantage.
You work in a structured, careful manner and keep several processes in view simultaneously.
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a plus.
An independent working style as well as resilience and flexibility characterise you.
Your German skills are fluent; you have a good command of French.
