Role:
You want to deepen your first experiences in accounting and gradually take on more responsibility? In this role, you can expect a varied mix of accounts receivable, accounts payable, payment transactions, and closing tasks. At the same time, you will work with various internal departments and gain insight into other financial and administrative topics. Graduates or those re-entering the workforce are also welcome.
Responsibilities:
You manage the accounts receivable and accounts payable and take care of the associated payment transactions
You support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing tasks
You process outstanding receivables and take over the dunning process
You post bank and cash transactions and ensure clean account reconciliations
You collaborate with various departments and support them with financial queries
You take on additional administrative tasks and contribute flexibly to daily business
Qualifications:
You have completed a commercial apprenticeship or a comparable qualification
Ideally, you have already gained first experience in accounting
You are interested in numbers and want to further expand your knowledge in finance and accounting
You are familiar with common Office applications and enjoy working with digital tools
Experience with an ERP system is an advantage
You communicate confidently in German and present yourself professionally and appreciatively to internal contacts
