Business Process Manager (m/f/d), 100%

• Drive and coordinate business process and system improvements to support efficient and compliant commercial operations.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation, with a focus on SAP-driven sales and financial processes.
• Lead cross-functional projects, ensuring timely delivery, stakeholder alignment, and sustainable implementation.
• Ensure master data quality, system integrity, and compliance across global export operations.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and compliance controls.
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external auditors to ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in an international Business, Commercial, IT, or Finance environment.
• At least 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical export or commercial operations.
• Good knowledge of SAP; experience with additional business applications is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and project coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively across cross-functional and international teams.
• High level of integrity, collaboration, and a compliance-focused mindset.
• Fluent in English; additional languages such as French are an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in Basel (Switzerland)
