What does your daily routine look like?

You can expect a very varied training; no day is like the other! Mostly, you will carry out basic care activities (support with personal hygiene, eating, mobility) and assist the residents in their daily lives. Domestic tasks are a major part of your training and are just as important as simple administrative tasks (keeping documentation, orders, etc.). You encourage the residents to participate in activities and stay by their side if needed. In all activities, you involve the resident and thus promote their independence and, consequently, their joy of life.
You work throughout the company with various professional sectors.

  • You have completed secondary school with good grades

You must be aware that your training also involves weekend and late shifts. The commute to the various educational partners (company, vocational school, inter-company courses) must be easily accessible by public transport for you.
