Role:
You love working in the dynamic world of real estate and have a special sense for the needs of tenants and owners? Our Rocken partner is looking for a Property Manager (m/f/d) who, with commitment and expertise, manages a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial properties. In this role, you are the heart of customer service, ensuring smooth processes and satisfied tenants.
Responsibilities:
- Independent management of a varied portfolio of residential and commercial properties to maintain and increase value
- Active maintenance of customer relationships and central contact person for tenants, owners, authorities and service providers
- Conducting contract negotiations and ensuring all rental agreements are legally sound and fair
- Letting management from acquiring new tenants to inspection and handover of rental properties
- Preparation and presentation of reportings and reports for transparent administration
- Supervision and handling of renovation and conversion projects to optimise the condition of the properties
- Professional guidance of an assistant to ensure efficient and structured handling of all tasks
Qualifications:
- Completed specialised training (e.g. Federal Certificate of Competence as Property Manager) and in-depth industry knowledge
- Several years of professional experience in property management and strong service orientation
- Strong professional and social skills as well as entrepreneurial thinking
- Excellent German language skills spoken and written to communicate effectively
- Driving licence Category B and own vehicle for flexible use
