Our Rocken partner develops and sells innovative electrical installation products – from power distributors to mobile distributors to professional lighting systems. The range includes customised solutions for industry, construction, and infrastructure. You provide technically competent customer support, advise on product solutions, and ensure projects are implemented smoothly. Responsibilities:
Processing and monitoring customer orders throughout the entire handling process
Technical and commercial clarification of customer enquiries
Customer support via telephone, email, and digital channels
Handling orders for products, spare parts, and accessories
Coordination of export orders and international deliveries
Coordination with sales, service, logistics, and other departments
Maintenance of customer, article, and order data in ERP and CRM systems
Handling discrepancies and supporting process optimisations
Qualifications:
Commercial or technical basic training with relevant professional experience
3-5 years of professional experience in technical internal sales, customer service, or order management
Good knowledge of order processing and customer support
Experience with ERP systems, ideally SAP
Experience in export business or international order processing
Technical understanding of products and their customer-specific requirements
Structured, reliable working style with strong customer and solution orientation
Very good German and good English skills, both spoken and written
