Digitalizers is an immersive training programme aimed at job seekers wishing to develop essential skills in a rapidly transforming world of work. Through a 100% practical approach, participants develop their mastery of digital tools, notably artificial intelligence, current working methods, as well as essential human skills for their employability. Learning is built around concrete projects carried out in a collaborative and innovative environment. The programme relies on a team of specialised mentors, each an expert in their field, who support participants through interdisciplinary projects.
Your mission
You will support adults in professional transition with rigour, humanity, and impact, respecting huumyk’s educational framework by developing their skills, professional attitude, and employability. You will design training pathways around human resources. Continuous improvement of content and quality measurement, in collaboration with the entire team, will also be part of your daily routine.
Your daily tasks
- Support participants in their progress, autonomy, and professional project
- Engage participants with practical cases and issues close to real business challenges
- Observe progress, provide feedback, and adapt your support to each individual’s needs
- Create and deliver training around human resources, recruitment, skills development, and new uses of artificial intelligence
- Collaborate with other mentors and internal teams to ensure a coherent and quality training experience
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of content, tools, pedagogical practices, and overall measurement
Your profile
- Proven experience in Human Resources, recruitment, talent development, training, or employee experience
- Experience in training, coaching, or support is a strong asset; ideally you hold the FSEA 1 qualification in adult education
- Confirmed use of new artificial intelligence applications and digital tools applied to Human Resources management
- Residence in Switzerland is a requirement, ideally in the canton of Vaud
