Construction Manager: Building Construction (all)
Your field of activity
- Responsibility for the organisation, coordination and supervision of building construction projects on site
- Ensuring compliance with deadlines, quality and costs
- Leadership and coordination of all trades involved in the construction
- Monitoring occupational safety and compliance with legal regulations
- Communication with clients, authorities, planners and subcontractors
- Documentation of construction progress and preparation of reports
Your expertise
- University degree as architect, civil engineer, construction manager or building technician
- Proficient knowledge of approval, planning and construction processes
- Confident handling of relevant regulations and standards (e.g. SIA, BauAV, standards SN EN)
- At least 3 years of experience in construction management of building projects
- Organisational skills, assertiveness and strong communication
- Driving licence class B
