Product Quality Assurance Technician

For one of our clients, a recognised player in the pharmaceutical industry based in Geneva, we are looking for a Product Quality Assurance Technician (PQA) for a temporary 5-month assignment, with the possibility of extension.

Your responsibilities

Within the Quality Assurance department, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting the document review of batch records.
• Verifying the compliance and completeness of manufacturing and packaging records.
• Identifying and monitoring deviations and non-conformities related to batch records.
• Participating in the follow-up and implementation of CAPA.
• Checking quality data and documents associated with production activities.
• Collaborating with Production, QC and Quality Assurance teams to resolve documentation discrepancies.
• Participating in the handling of customer complaints and quality investigations.
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of processes and quality documentation.
• Ensuring traceability and compliance of data within quality systems.

Your profile

• Training as a Technician in industrial pharmacy, quality or scientific field.
• Initial experience in operational Quality Assurance, ideally in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Experience in batch record review.
• Good knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice).
• Experience in handling deviations, non-conformities and CAPA.
• Experience in a pharmaceutical production or packaging environment is a real asset.
• Proficiency with IT tools and quality systems.
• Fluent French and professional English.
• Person who is rigorous, organised, autonomous and with good analytical skills.
