This is what your versatile working day looks like
- You assist with daily business and support the external service with all administrative matters, such as preparing insurance quotes.
- At the counter, on the phone, and in written communication, you handle enquiries and concerns from our customers.
- You process incoming and outgoing mail and supervise the stock of materials.
This is what you bring to this role
- You have completed secondary school with good to very good grades.
- You are curious about the insurance industry and have a strong willingness to learn.
- You are reliable and demonstrate initiative and perseverance.
- You enjoy working with others, can integrate well into a team, and keep a cool head even in stressful situations.
- You enjoy bilingual customer contact.
