Export Clerk Industry 80-100% (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF78,000 - 84,500Our client is an internationally active Swiss industrial company focusing on high-precision components and technical special solutions. With many years of experience, state-of-the-art manufacturing technologies, and high engineering competence, the company develops and produces high-quality products for demanding industrial applications. Responsibilities:
You prepare customer quotations and follow up on open offers until feedback is received.
Order processing includes commercial checks and coordination of technical details.
In collaboration with internal departments, you clarify prices, delivery times, and product availability.
You prepare all export documents taking into account the applicable shipping regulations.
Depending on the order, you organise transport by air freight, sea freight, or land transport.
For international deliveries, you coordinate necessary permits, bank documents, and goods releases.
You liaise in writing and by phone with freight forwarders, banks, and external control bodies.
Invoicing, payment reminders, and sample management are also part of your responsibilities.
Qualifications:
Completed commercial apprenticeship, ideally supplemented by further training in export.
Professional experience in export processing or international internal sales in an industrial company.
Good knowledge of SAP SD and confident use of MS Office.
Additional foreign languages are an advantage.
Understanding of international delivery processes and commercial order processing.
Structured working method in monitoring deadlines and documents.
Strong customer orientation and reliable communication with internal and external contacts.
Very good German and good English skills for written and oral business communication.
