Role:
In your role, you support the ServiceNow team in further developing the platform and work on new solutions around AI, automation, and digital services. Together with departments, customers, and engineering teams, you identify potentials, develop new approaches, and help to successfully implement innovative ServiceNow functionalities.
Responsibilities:
Further development of the ServiceNow platform
Participation in the implementation of AI and automation initiatives
Analysis of requirements and development of practical solutions
Evaluation of new ServiceNow functionalities and AI features
Participation in proof of concepts and pilot projects
Support in the use of Now Assist, Virtual Agent, and other intelligent ServiceNow functions
Automation of processes with Flow Designer and IntegrationHub
Participation in defining standards and best practices
Knowledge exchange within the team
Qualifications:
Experience as a ServiceNow Engineer, Developer, or Consultant
Knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM and ideally other modules such as CSM or ITOM
Experience with workflows, Flow Designer, or integrations
Interest in the possibilities of AI, GenAI, and automation
Enjoyment in trying out new technologies and integrating them into solutions
Analytical and solution-oriented working style
Very good German and English skills
