IT Specialist - 2nd Level & System Maintenance (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
Coordination and handling of service requests and error reports
User support at 2nd-level including direct onsite deployment
Management of roles and permissions within the system landscape
Creation and maintenance of IT documentation, statistics and knowledge base
Active role in internal projects and taking on on-call duties
Qualifications:
Training in computer science, EFZ level or equivalent
Proven experience with user management, service desk, client support
Understanding of ITIL processes and dispatching
Tech stack: IAM, AD, Exchange, Azure, ITIL, client support
Very good German language skills
