The Falkenstein Care Centre in the multicultural and lively Gundeldinger district provides a home for 86 elderly people. Both the residential and care philosophy as well as the integration of a Mediterranean living group are unique.

As a prospective Nursing Specialist HF, you will take co-responsibility according to your training level for the person-centred care and nursing of the residents. Under supervision, you plan nursing interventions and help shape the nursing processes. You care for residents in their various life stages. In doing so, you train your observation skills to assess care needs, create nursing diagnoses, and plan appropriate measures.
