You design, implement and operate hybrid IT infrastructures for different customer environments.
You develop technical solution designs and ensure comprehensible system documentation.
You support customers with technical questions and assist them both remotely and on site.
You ensure the reliable operation of managed services and continuously develop them further.
You handle demanding escalations at 3rd level as well as planned on-call duties and work closely with project and customer managers.
Qualifications:
You have an IT education as well as an advanced technical qualification at HF, FH or university level.
You bring at least five years of experience in a customer-oriented IT service environment.
You have solid knowledge in several areas such as Windows Server, VMware/Hyper-V, Azure, Microsoft 365, client engineering or backup.
You have experience with demanding infrastructure projects and ideally relevant manufacturer certifications.
You work independently, solution-oriented and team-oriented, communicate well in German and English and hold a category B driving licence.
