Customer Service and Export Clerk 80-100% (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF78,000 - 84,500Responsibilities:
Maintaining customer contacts and handling telephone and written enquiries.
Checking and processing orders up to commercial completion.
Preparing individual customer offers and monitoring feedback.
Supporting international business transactions and related shipping administration.
Preparing evaluations, sales statistics and internal documentation.
Preparing presentation materials and sales documents.
Managing the internal showroom and supporting its organisational operation.
Performing general secretarial duties and relieving management and sales leadership.
Qualifications:
Commercial qualification with relevant professional experience in an administrative environment.
Practical experience in customer contact or a sales-related function.
Understanding of commercial processes and handling customer orders.
Knowledge of ERP systems; SAP is desirable.
Good user knowledge of common Office programmes.
Independent, precise and reliable working style in daily operations.
Interest in design, interior decoration and technical products as well as strong communication skills.
Confident German language skills for oral and written communication.
