Head of Fiduciary Services (m/f/d)
Role:
For our client, we are looking for an experienced, committed individual to lead the fiduciary team both professionally and operationally. You will be responsible for the strategic development of mandates, optimisation of internal processes, and promotion of the team.
Responsibilities:
Professional and operational leadership of the fiduciary team
Management of complex mandates in accounting, taxation, payroll, and business consulting
Analysis of business management contexts as well as preparation of well-founded reports and recommendations
Implementation and optimisation of digital processes in mandate management
Ensuring quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction
Promotion, development, and motivation of employees
Qualifications:
Completed training as a certified fiduciary expert or comparable expert qualification with several years of diverse practical experience in fiduciary services
Profound business management know-how and understanding of numbers, processes, and corporate contexts
Proficient use of common accounting systems and digital tools
Native German speaker with fluent English skills
Independent, results-oriented working style with strong team spirit and leadership experience
