Export Clerk 80-100% (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF78,000 - 84,500Our client is a successful Swiss trading company with many years of experience in the food sector. The company offers its customers a broad product portfolio and combines high quality standards with reliable procurement, efficient logistics and personal support. Long-term customer and supplier relationships are central to this.
Responsibilities:
Coordination of international goods dispatches via various transport routes.
Preparation of export documents, certificates of origin and other shipping documents.
Monitoring of open orders and overseeing agreed delivery deadlines.
Processing customer orders including invoicing and order confirmations.
Organisation of customs formalities in cooperation with the responsible authorities.
Handling complaints and assisting in resolving transport damages.
Coordination with international customers, logistics service providers and internal departments.
Administrative maintenance of order-related data and shipping information.
Qualifications:
Completed commercial apprenticeship, preferably with a focus on export business.
Initial professional experience in international order processing is an advantage.
Good user knowledge of MS Office.
French language skills are an additional advantage.
Independent and structured working style with multiple parallel orders.
Resilience and calmness under increased workload.
Team-oriented personality with clear and binding communication.
Very good German and good English skills, both spoken and written.
