Specialist Advisor in Health and Continence (m/f/d) 60-100% for our Medical Supplies Store
Your area of responsibility: Variety instead of routine
With us, you won’t just stand for hours at the shop counter. You manage customer satisfaction across various channels and take on real responsibility:
- Empathetic omnichannel advice: You competently and discreetly advise our customers - whether in person in the shop, via email, or on the phone.
- Continence advice with added value: You take the weight off taboo topics. With your expertise in incontinence products, you give those affected maximum everyday and mobility freedom back.
- Expanded product range: You advise on selected hygiene, medical, and mobility products and help customers find the right solution.
- Process and inventory management: From receiving orders to maintaining the assortment and purchasing according to demand, to coordinating shipping and correct invoicing, you have everything under control.
- Teamplay in the retail environment: Together with the retail teams for orthopaedic shoes and compression, you support each other and learn from one another.
Your profile: Advisory professional with heart
- Training: Completed basic training as a druggist EFZ or pharmaceutical assistant EFZ, or several years of experience in a comparable role.
- Personality: You meet people in challenging life situations with empathy, patience, and respect. Discretion and sensitivity are second nature to you.
- Willingness to learn: You have a quick grasp and enjoy acquiring new expertise - especially in the field of continence care.
- Communication: You communicate confidently in German and have a neat appearance. French skills (B1) and enjoyment in serving our French-speaking customers are an advantage.
- Working style: You work independently, precisely, and in a structured manner and appreciate the combination of administrative skill and direct customer contact.
- Digitalisation: You have good PC and ERP user skills and move confidently in digital work environments.
