Role:
This position is exclusively available at ROCKEN and offers absolutely flexible working hours with options for home office (part-time also possible). In addition to above-average employment conditions, individual training and development opportunities are financially and professionally supported.
Responsibilities:
- Independent execution of monthly payroll accounting for national clients throughout the German-speaking part of Switzerland
- Ensuring proper handling of tax and social security matters, including client consulting in these areas
- Active acquisition of assignments from interested Key Account Managers (KAM)
- Close cooperation with the HR department and management
- Continuous optimisation and further development of payroll processes for clients
Qualifications:
- Completed commercial basic training EFZ, additional training in payroll accounting is an advantage
- Preferably professional experience in independently handling payroll accounting
- Experience in customer contact or service sector
- Willingness to travel nationwide
- Sound knowledge of labour, payroll tax and social security law
- Confident German language skills, additional languages are an advantage
