Clerk Internal Sales & Export (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF78,000 - 91,000Our client is an established Swiss manufacturing company focused on high-quality solutions for demanding and regulated applications. With modern manufacturing technologies, high technical competence, and consistent quality standards, the company supplies customers nationally and internationally. Role:
To strengthen the existing team, an additional position in internal sales and export is being created. You can expect a versatile hub function where you will manage international customers, independently handle orders, and ensure smooth processing up to delivery. At the same time, you can contribute your export knowledge and actively help to further develop and digitalise existing processes.
Responsibilities:
You handle national and international customer orders from A to Z
You coordinate delivery dates with internal departments and prepare the necessary shipping and export documents
You are the central contact person for freight forwarders and coordinate international transports as well as shipping-related queries
You ensure high quality of customer, order, and master data in the ERP system
You contribute to the optimisation and digitalisation of processes in customer service and export
Qualifications:
Commercial training and further education in export or foreign trade are advantageous
Several years of professional experience in customer support and order processing
Experience in international shipping and export as well as knowledge of customs and foreign trade topics
Very good German and good English skills, additional languages are an advantage
Strong customer and service orientation as well as an independent and structured way of working
Enjoyment of cross-departmental collaboration
