What is my role?

Our client requires a Site Supervising Sanitary Installer for sanitary projects in the Bern region. In this position, you will take on the following tasks:

• Management and coordination of sanitary construction sites

• Efficient deployment and leadership of your assigned team

• Monitoring of deadlines, quality and costs

• Central contact person for customers on site

• Ensuring a smooth workflow

You are responsible for the successful implementation of the projects and ensure that all work is carried out on time and to the highest quality.

What do I need to be successful?

• Successfully completed training as a Sanitary Installer EFZ

• Several years of solid practical experience in the field of sanitary installation

• Willingness for continuous development and further training

• Enthusiasm for leadership tasks and taking responsibility

• Strong team spirit and collegial cooperation

• Customer-oriented, professional appearance

• Knowledge in efficient planning and coordination of personnel deployment
