The Municipality of Saint-Imier is offering a training position for the 2027 intake as a

Do you enjoy practical work, varied activities and want to learn a concrete profession? We offer you a versatile training during which you will participate in the maintenance of the Municipality's buildings and infrastructure and discover the different aspects of the operations agent profession.

During your apprenticeship, you will be integrated into the teams and will participate in the following activities in particular:

• maintenance and cleaning of municipal buildings and infrastructure;
• preparation and setting up of rooms and premises;
• routine maintenance work and minor repairs;
• maintenance of installations and equipment;
• maintenance of outdoor spaces;
• participation in various activities necessary for the proper functioning of the Municipality's buildings and infrastructure.

• Interest in practical and manual work, both indoors and outdoors
• Motivation, eagerness to learn and interest in varied activities
• Punctuality, reliability and sense of responsibility
• Team spirit, organisational skills and versatility

Conditions:

Hours: some tasks may occasionally take place outside usual hours or at weekends, depending on service needs.

Internship: a preliminary one-week internship is desired to discover the profession and working environment.
