- Planning, coordination and implementation of training for new and existing employees
- Ensuring compliance with internal requirements in the areas of safety, environment and quality
- Supporting internal departments with technical questions and more complex issues
- Coordination of organisational and administrative tasks within the area of responsibility
- Performing own technical service assignments on site
- Technical further education at HF level or a comparable qualification is a great advantage
- Professional experience in technical service or field service
- Permit according to NIV Art. 15 is ideally available
- Initial experience in professional or personnel management of employees is desirable
- Strong organisational talent as well as the ability to prioritise tasks sensibly
- Entrepreneurial and solution-oriented thinking combined with an independent working style
- Enjoyment of a versatile role that combines personnel management, technical tasks and administrative activities

Tasks

Profile
- Completed technical basic training as an automation technician EFZ, electrician EFZ, electronics technician EFZ, polymechanic EFZ or a comparable technical education- Technical further education at HF level or a comparable qualification is a great advantage
- Professional experience in technical service or field service
- Permit according to NIV Art. 15 is ideally available
