Receptionist / Welcome Desk - assignment (70%)

Hours: 08:00-12:30 / 13:30 - 14:45 Mon to Fri
Rate: 70%
Dates: from 9 October to 16 October + a 2nd week in October (being scheduled)

Desired profile:

• Fluency in French, English and Italian
• First experience in a similar position
• Autonomy, practical sense and resourcefulness; ability to manage the Welcome Desk alone during the week
• Ideally residing in the region

• Ensure cover at the Welcome Desk during leave periods
• Take autonomous charge of managing the Welcome Desk throughout the assignment
• Guarantee continuity of service according to defined hours
