Members of the Building Valuation Commission
for 30 to 35 days/year
All Vaud districts
Within our organisation, you will be attached to an agency or to our Key Accounts department and will work within a Building Valuation Commission. At the request of the ECA, you will carry out building valuations to determine their insured value as well as the associated risks.
You will also advise our clients on the added value of optional insurance services related to the building and help promote solutions tailored to their needs.
This mandate represents an activity of about 3 days per month according to your availability. The mandate is planned for a duration of 5 years, renewable, with an appointment by the ECA Board of Directors.
Your profile?
You are an architect or building engineer with solid field experience. Experience in valuation, expertise or costing of construction projects is a real asset.
Endowed with good analytical skills and natural interpersonal ease, you enjoy client contact and know how to combine technical rigour, advisory skills and solution orientation. You are recognised for your professionalism, reliability and ability to assess varied situations with discernment.
You will carry out your activity as an employee of our Establishment. Comprehensive practical and theoretical training will be provided by the ECA to support you in this role.
