Salary - CHF75,000 - 90,000For a renowned Swiss company in the food industry, we are looking for a committed individual. Responsibilities:
You manage a fixed customer base in daily business.
You coordinate order processing via SAP and keep relevant master data up to date.
You keep an eye on delivery dates, order status and completeness.
You prepare and check export documents and required certificates.
You support the responsible departments with administrative tasks.
You coordinate order processing with sales, production and logistics.
You handle customs and shipping processes within the scope of international goods traffic.
If necessary, you take on tasks within supply chain operations.
Qualifications:
Completed commercial apprenticeship or a comparable qualification.
Several years of experience in customer service, order management or internal sales.
Experience with export transactions and international delivery processes.
Knowledge of customs clearance and international shipping logistics.
Confident handling of ERP systems and MS Office.
Independent, structured and reliable working style.
Strong communication skills, team spirit and a high sense of responsibility.
Very good German as well as good English, spoken and written.
