Specialist in Finance and Human Resources (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF89,000 - 100,000Role:
Do you want to take on a versatile role where finance, personnel, and digital topics come together? In this position, you are a central point of contact for various commercial and administrative issues and ensure that internal processes function reliably. In addition to independently managing the finance and personnel areas, you take care of the operational IT operations and contribute your ideas to the further development of processes and systems.
Responsibilities:
You independently manage the financial accounting and oversee both the general ledger and subsidiary ledgers
You prepare monthly and annual financial statements according to Swiss GAAP
You handle payment transactions, VAT, and other recurring tasks in the finance area
You are responsible for payroll accounting including social insurances and corresponding year-end tasks
You manage personnel administration from onboarding through changes to departures
You are the contact person for employees regarding administrative personnel matters
You support other administrative and commercial tasks as needed and also pitch in outside your core area
Qualifications:
You have completed a commercial apprenticeship and ideally further training in finance and accounting
You bring several years of experience in financial accounting and payroll administration
You have good knowledge of Swiss accounting standards and in preparing financial statements
You are familiar with personnel administration, social insurances, and payroll-related topics
You have a high IT affinity and a good understanding of business systems and digital applications
You are flexible and willing to contribute beyond your actual area of responsibility in a versatile SME environment
You communicate fluently in German and present yourself professionally to internal and external contacts
