The Public Establishments for Integration (EPI) have the mission to contribute to the well-being and social and/or professional integration of people with disabilities or facing difficulties in professional and/or social integration.
The Socioprofessional Services are responsible for assessing the physical, social, and learning abilities of people with disabilities or facing integration difficulties with a view to orientation and professional reintegration. They can also provide socioprofessional integration through adapted jobs and training in a production workshop.
We are looking for a socioprofessional assistant for the packaging & assembly workshop at 80% to 100%.
Job Description- Coordinate and collaborate with teams daily to ensure the execution of production plans, respect deadlines, and quality of services.
- Be the direct contact person for the workshop's clients.
- Manage stocks of raw materials and finished products (supply, inventories, rotation).
- Analyse production indicators to propose improvement plans.
- Participate in welcoming and supporting people with disabilities to enable their integration through work.
- Manage activities related to the production of the packaging and assembly workshop by performing tasks and supporting adapted employment collaborators and trainees in their execution to ensure quality.
- Make activities accessible and adapt workstations to the needs of collaborators in adapted employment and trainees.
- Participate in socioprofessional activities (learning and skills development) and their evaluation within a multidisciplinary team.
- Participate in organisational improvements of the workshop.
- Contribute to the implementation of new equipment and ensure the proper functioning of installations and production means.
- Ensure maintenance of production equipment and machines.
- Carry out administrative and IT tasks inherent to the position.
- A Federal VET Diploma (CFC) in a technical and/or technological field or equivalent qualification.
- At least 5 years of successful professional experience in light industry process planning.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a service-oriented mindset are essential for privileged contact with our clients.
- Ideally, at least 3 years of experience supporting people facing social integration difficulties or a strong interest in social work.
- Comfort in supervising people with disabilities and/or integration difficulties.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Organisational skills, rigour, a sense of responsibility, and open-mindedness.
- Good writing skills.
- Proficiency in common office IT tools.
- Fluency in French.
