To support our consulting team in the Central Plateau region, we are looking for an entrepreneurial and committed personality.

Senior Consultant / Senior Manager Compensation Advisory (m/f/d) 60-100%

What you will achieve

• Together with experienced colleagues, you support our clients in the design, analysis and further development of their salary systems and compensation models
• Advising clients (across industries) on compensation topics such as remuneration strategies, processes for salary development and initial classification, job evaluation, salary benchmarking, performance and incentive systems, pay equity
• Accompanying HR and transformation projects with a focus on compensation, pay governance and internal pay equity
• You make substantial contributions when drafting high-quality decision-making documents
• Together with your team, you continuously develop our consulting approach

What makes you successful

• Completed studies (university/FH) in business administration, HR, economics or comparable; preferably with a focus on HR/Compensation or specific further training
• Several years of experience in the field of Compensation & Benefits (e.g. consulting, HR, compensation analyses), preferably in a cross-industry environment
• Analytical and conceptual strength as well as a strong affinity for numbers, data models and benchmarking
• Confident appearance and pronounced consulting competence, including the ability to prepare and present complex issues appropriately for the target audience and to lead projects
• You are characterised by a high willingness to learn as well as an independent, precise, structured and reliable way of working
• Excellent language skills complete your profile (confident German, very good knowledge of French and/or English advantageous)
