In Thun, we are opening our newest pfister branch – and for this, we are looking for a dedicated team to be there from the start. Take the opportunity to help shape the new location, build something together, and make the homes of our customers in the Bernese Oberland even more beautiful.

Your new tasks

• Leading the directly reporting department managers and specialist sales staff
• Presence on the sales floor and active work with employees as well as customers
• Ongoing feedback discussions, training and coaching with your employees
• Exhibition planning and setup according to the planning concepts of the central POS design team
• Frequency-oriented employee deployment planning

• Further development of the exhibition area you are responsible for with the help of internal analyses and ongoing exchange with branch management and purchasing
• Responsibility for achieving targets in the exhibition area you are responsible for along defined KPIs

• Range and product knowledge in the areas of decoration, home textiles and household items
