Help shape digital oncology. The LUKS Group uses Epic as a central clinical information system and continuously develops the digital support for oncological and haematological care. As an Epic Analyst or Analyst Beacon, you digitally shape clinical processes and work closely with various specialist departments. In doing so, you contribute to further developing quality, safety, and efficiency in patient care. We are looking for reinforcement for our team by arrangement.
Your area of impact
- Together with nursing professionals, pharmacists, doctors, and other specialist departments, you design digital workflows along the oncological treatment chain

- You advise the specialist departments on the possibilities of Epic, taking into account patient safety, treatment quality, and regulatory requirements, and collaborate with internal teams, Epic, and external partners
- From requirements gathering through configuration, testing, and training to implementation, you accompany changes in clinical routine and subsequently support operations, upgrades, and optimisations
Your experience
- You have a completed degree in nursing, pharmacy, medical or health informatics, or a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience and are familiar with clinical processes in a hospital environment
- Experience in oncology, haematology, chemotherapy, or clinical pharmacy helps you quickly understand requirements from different professional perspectives and translate them into suitable digital solutions
- You analyse complex issues in a structured manner, recognise connections, and bring together requirements into comprehensible solutions even when interests differ
- In exchange with various professional groups, you communicate appropriately and reliably; experience with clinical information systems as well as good German and English skills at B2 level support you in this, knowledge of Epic Beacon is an advantage
