To strengthen its team, the Accounting Department of the Federation of Romand Enterprises Geneva is looking for a
Salary Manager – 6-month Fixed-term Contract
Your mission:
Ensure the complete management of salaries for a client portfolio.
Your main activities:
- Managing a client portfolio regarding salaries, in accordance with various laws, collective labour agreements (CLA) or applicable directives
- Producing monthly and annual reports, including payment files and accounting journals
- Preparing and verifying annual salary certificates
- Submitting monthly and annual declarations via Swissdec to various tax authorities, such as withholding tax, AVS/AI/APG compensation funds, and family allowance funds;
- Supporting clients, resolving encountered issues, and identifying their needs throughout the salary management processes
Profile sought
Your profile:
- You hold a Federal VET Diploma as a commercial employee, a professional maturity certificate, or an equivalent qualification
- You have at least 5 years of confirmed experience in salary management with a company established in Switzerland
- You are comfortable with CLAs
- You have proficiency in the Nova software: an asset
- You have excellent writing skills and perfect command of the French language
- You have good knowledge of English and/or German: an asset
- You are comfortable with common IT tools (Word, Excel and Outlook)
- You are Swiss or hold a valid permit
